Before I had TrackIR, I would need to use this key bind to be able to get the yellow crosshair to click in the cockpit. When I hit it again, I was able to move my view around with my mouse. When in Track IR, the crosshair is always there because it is tracking your head movement and the mouse is free to click on things.
