Larger smoke columns

Hi,

I would like to have bigger/more long living smoke columns.

This would be a bit more realistic. Also it would allow to better regocnize areas where units are fighting or being maked with smoke.

I also like the optical effect when flying over a such coulmn - it gives good impression of own speed.

+1

The more smoke the merrier! (I'm afraid though, that it'll come at high performance costs)

Maybe we could have an extra graphics option, just like the slider we have for chimney smoke.

@MAXsenna, thanks for pointing that out, but I personally prefer to keep my DCS install as "clean" as possible

+1, they do look a little short.

Not sure what the performance impact will be of making them longer, but as @sirrah said this could be made into a setting if it's going to cause issues.

Only thing I will say is that for ground vehicles, the fire and smoke seems a little overdone. Hopefully we'll get more accurate effects when/if the vehicle damage model gets improved.
