Cant play the DLC, I bought it, but it is not in my campaing of downloadable content

Hello, i am new on this forum so i hope i put this in the right place, 

I bought the new Persion Freedom Campaing, after paying the price it is not in my installed of playable list, so i can't download it to my game. 
The order is proccesed and paid in full. 

I have read somethink aboud that it is only playable in the upcoming 2.7 update, but is this true. Do i need to wait for this update or am i doing something wrong?

 The store page says yes, 2.7 required, so you'll need to either switch to the beta or wait for the release version to update.
