Why no MIG-21 in mission editor?

As the title says i am not able to give the client a mig21. Not as Iran, not as Iraq not as USSR.

Turn off the historic filter at the bottom of the screen (clock icon). If that doesn't help try selecting a different CAS, because I'm, not sure if the MiG-21 is configured for CAS in DCS or try selecting a different country as IÄm not sure if the MiG-21 is available to Iraq in DCS.
