City lights have a green tint on moonless nights an hour before sunrise

I get the red tint too but your mission has half-moon illumination on that date. Try October 2nd, 2016 at 4.30 am and accelerate time. the city gains a distinctly green hue and then reverts to normal as the sky lightens for the dawn. 

Tried again just now on clean install with today's patch

Part of the issue is that we have the legacy ground textures that are lit up, its requested to remove these fake light sources so that the ground is only lit by building and street lights, etc. So I think some of the green tint comes from that, seems worse at a distance, and seems better with a darker gamma setting, I also use 1.8.

I think this will evolve as the lighting evolves in the sim, it is much better than it was, and will continue to get better.
