Some of avionics bugs - Lights of Antidust, Air Conditioning, Hermetization; Radar Alt warning sound; Air Conditioning switch

Hello,

I noticed a few minor bugs in avionics:

1. According to a handbook, light of Antidust system (PZU) should appears 30-40 seconds from switch on. Here is not appears at all.

2. Light of Air Conditioning (AIR CONDITIONING OFF) is still of, no depends on positon of switch CONDITIONING/OFF/BLOW OFF. At the same time on switch position to CONDITIONING should sound of blower be audible and it is not. And to BLOW OFF should not be audible (is nearly not hearing in real helicopter). Theese two "sounds" are swapped.

3. Light of Hermetization is still on (DOORS SEALED) even after doors open.

4. Radar Alt warning sound during check is very short, should be a 3-4 seconds long.

Thank you for checking

Jiri

I can run it by the team but if I dont have a real world reference that applies to our version of the Mi-24 I can not promise anything

Given the amount of time that has passed since your initial comment, give us an update if you've managed to sort the avionics bugs you've encountered. If any of these problems had been present on a real plane, that plane would never take off based on nowadays ruling. Hermetization is crucial for the safety of an aircraft, but don't underestimate the importance of having a good air conditioning system on the plane. Keeping the right temperature on the board ensures the good mood of the passengers and crew and a great overall flying experience.

The hermetization light has worked properly for a long time now

He's talking about the amber "СКВ ОТКЛ" light on the air conditioning panel. It should be on whenever the AC is off. The whole AC system isnt working yet anyway so I'm sure that will be fixed if/when the AC system is done.

Edit: I saw this is also about the door sealing light. The bug here is I think that it shouldnt be possible to open the doors with a green doors seal light but I may be wrong.

I would like to help you, but I just recently started studying HVACR Certified Technician programs in the USA and therefore, I can't give you any advice. Still, I would like to try fixing some problems with avionics regarding air conditioning and similar things because I am currently studying at one of the best trade schools in this area. Although I can't give you any advice or help, I think there will be specialists on this site who will definitely help you. But I will follow how this thread develops, which has become very interesting.
