Stuttering in Syria (DCS 2.7.2)

I had it set to balanced, tested today with "high performance" but sadly it made no difference

 Shame. Sorted my stuttering out on all maps. 

 

What settings do you have set in Nvidia control panel. Only change I have made is to set Power Management Mode to 'Prefer maximum performance'. I did a couple of other tweaks in my BIOS but cannot recall exact details - I think I enabled PBO, and CPU C states was disabled.

 

Apologies as cannot see your hardware setup - but any BIOS or AMD Chipset updates available?
