reported ATC gives data in default (imperial units)

In the Speech.lua file in lines 51 onwards, there is no definition for the 24P; as a result data is given in default system (impeiral).

Solution: 

Add following line:

['Mi-24P']    = base.country.id.RUSSIA, 

to the 

aircraftNativeCountry

part of the speech.lua file
