Su-27 & J-11 Lua files gone now?

..for offline plays primarily.

I know it's unofficial and might make other people frown, but I've been flying the Flankers exclusively with R-77s thru community mods for years now.
Offline plays, I never bothered going online multiplayer anyways..

Since the update to the 2.7 stable, I can't seem to find the .lua files that need to be overwritten.

So are the Su-27 & J-11 .lua files gone now?

I'm trying to find the .lua files of the Su-27 & J-11 to make the R-77 & SD-10 available for both jets in the mission editor again, but can't find them now.

Though the mod seemed to have carried over from 2.5 to 2.7 though as pictured.

Anyways thanks

By popular demand and in order to ensure that users aren't tempted to enhance the performance of missiles in game, we have locked the LUA parameters.

I see, thank you very much.

Guess it was fun while it lasted.  2005-2008 LOMAC/Flaming Cliffs, then FC3 2018-2021 for the Su-27.
Those R-77 mods gave me a glimpse as to what it's like in those Flanker SMs, Su-30s etc i guess.

Yeps I'm also a cheapskate for not buying any other plane modules since I'm only in for the Eagle, ....aside from the Flanker. I'm kinda more interested in maps though.

I now close another chapter of my flight simming story
Thanks again ^

Btw the J-11A has the R-77, no need to modify anything to use it.

You can still edit them on, you have to modify the weapons loadout preset and input the CLID for the R-77/SD-10 into a loadout

Visit Exercise Red Flag server if you want to fly buffed jets) it`s IC protected and flankers eagles and pretty much all jets have buffed loadouts. No need for any  mods) There is Air to Air battle between buffed AI jets going on constantly. Chinese Flankers armed with PL12, PL8 missiles, Russian Flankers armed with R77, They carry 4 27ET instead of 2. Eagles have Aim 9X millises, Vipers can carry up to 10 amraams. Tomcats have 9X and amraams. So you can test your skills flying buffed jets against buffed adversaries)

True that, just added two PL-12 to my MIG-29S for the experiment!

@pauldy find your Su-27.lua in Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\MissionEditor\UnitPayloads and add whatever missiles you like to the loadout.

Well.... I'll miss the 57mm rockets on the Mi-8... I doubt anyone will accuse me of adding them to try to get an advantage online!

On the servers that allow such things no one will care. On servers that dont you won`t be able to do that anyways. Can`t see the point here.

Seems I can't find that file 🤕 is it still there ?

It's not added by default. It's only created if you save your payload in a mission or as a template.

Why did ED lock these LUA-Files? They already have Integrity Check. Who asked for it to be locked?
