DCS Beta: Mouse Problems in VR...

My mouse cursor won't move when I put on the VR headset. As soon as I take off the headset it moves again on the monitor screen, but not when I put on the headset. Also, I switched to NO mouse in the VR settings page, but I don't know what key to press when I try to select items. The mouse button doesn't work, the spacebar doesn't work, nor the enter key... Now I can't even get to the VR page and select mouse...

The mouse in VR needs the "use mouse" checked in DCS options > VR settings.

 

For VR pointer: DCS controls > UI layer > "as left mouse button" & "as right moush button"... also "mouse wheel..."

 

If you're stuck and cannot change options go to \saved games\dcs\config and edit options.lua file manually. Deleting it forces DCS to make a new default file at the start.

i had that issue with my G2 recently - resolved by turning on the hand controller and clicking on the screen. Mouse works fine then. It seems to be a Windows WMR/Steam VR issue, not DCS.

Thanks guys. I already have the mouse option checked. I'll try the hand controller thing the next time I see this problem...It resolves when I reboot the PC, though...
