While in DCS, the landing gears seem to absorb all the impact energy like a champ. Same thing with the plane when moving on the ground because the plane is really steady. The landing animation is too artificial. - "Don't be John Wayne in the Break if you´re going to be Jerry Lewis on the Ball". About carrier ops: "The younger pilots are still quite capable of holding their heads forward against the forces. Most DCS planes tend to lack proper suspension effects once on the ground as it seems way too stif (no bouncing).
