Oceandar
I was having black out on launch on supercarrier (MP Hoggit server). Is this known problem or I did something wrong? Thank you. Oceandar
I tried it again but on GS server (Washington supercarier) and cannot reproduce but this time I turned off NWS before launched. Was that the caused of this problem? Thanks. Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power. - Lao Tze
Callsign JoNay
I get it occasionally too. I think it has to do with alt tabbing and windows losing track of which window is in focus, but I haven't been able to reproduce it.
ustio
Yep it happen randomly but most of the time you wake up when you are at the end of the cat shot. Now if I have to guess. There is an animation bug where during launch, the shuttle would sometimes compress the nosewheel strut in an unrealistic way. See here at 1:14-1:18 So when that happen, the game would recognize it as an instant negative G acceleration Now compare it with this at 0:45 Edited August 15, 2021 by ustio

Biggus
I've had blackouts on launch pretty regularly over the last few years. I've also experienced redouts too. I've heard that head position is a large factor in whether it happens or not, but I don't know if this is true.
