External view problem...

Hi all

 

Just a small problem with FC 112. When I go to external views after being in the game for a period of time, the views start to rotate at a high speed. Odd. I have a Track IR 3 Pro. Could that be related. Anyone else had that problem?

I too have the same problem. After minutes of flying, suddenly the F2 view rotates fast! Dunno why, but taking of my track IR cap, solves the problem! May be caused by new drivers for Lock On by Natural Point?

Do you have the cockpit view controls mapped to your flight stick? If so, as an experiment, remove those entries in the sim's configuration screen.

I had similar issue with Optical mouse. For some reason it tends to go Berserk from time to time causing camera to rotate hysterically!

Yes thanks to Ironhand and Vekkinho. Problem solved. I have four USB disparate inputs into FC. Trying to map something on my Saitek Throttle screwed up an axis on my CH joystick. Plus removing, disabling Mouse etc has cleared things up amazingly. Just too much potential for conflict when using TIR, Saitek throttle, CH joystick and generic pedals. Thanks again.

but the external view without the mouse doesn't have much interest anymore . What i do i end my mission restart the game and it's ok . for information i have a Logitech pilot wheel mouse optical

You can always use NumPad Arrow keys to control camera instead of the mouse! It lacks precision but works fine. If you have a HOTAS or stick with Hatswitch map views to it.

How? I have another problem too, when I take off, my rudder works, but suddenly after just 1-2 minutes I have no rudder! This happens only in Lock On, not Falcon or IL-2. Anyone? I see a green light on my Saitek rudderpedals, so it is attached. Does this has something to do with the crazy camerarotate in F2? Think I have to reinstall Lock On again...(sigh)...Hate when such things happens. It also happened after upgrading the Track Ir driver...:cry:
