tusler Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 I am reading these forums and seeing threads where people are truly jumping through big hoops finding ways to transfer funds to get a simulator that is not even in their native language yet. Too bad ED cannot just put the Western version up on the Russian site and let us download it like folks are doing with the Russian version. rattler Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Thanks, appreciate your understanding for us general public users who are not hardcore simmers. what was the problem I love what you have done with Black Shark. Just a little disappointed with the computer specs. Does not mean I am not going to buy it, I will but when I have something so I enjoy it fully. I did that with Lockon. Now I enjoy it. I will in time enjoy Black Shark. I am confused here. I stand behind Black Shark and still not good enough. I don't know what to say here so this is my last post. I don't want to be banned for something I don't understand. cheers and all the success you deserve for such an awesome Simulator.

A tiny upgrade should give you 25-30 fps on avarage which is VERY playable. I have just upgraded to core2duo 2.4ghz, asus gt9600oc 512mb, pcie, WD 500gb hdd, logitech wireless keyboard mouse, logitech laser wireless headset, artic ice 500watt psu,4gb. crucial ram. Now Max runs a higher cpu. When you say very playable, due you get all, some or part of the eyecandy. I mean the down low flying terrain. Very important to low flying. If so, I thank you for your information and look forward to Black Shark. I am a supporter of ED, it is just that I like to ask questions to make sure that I can run the game and have fun. I did not have this with Lockon. I don't mean to sound pushy or anything, I think this is a great sim, I just want to make sure that what I have will make it fun for me to use. I know you have to keep up with upgrades but not all can afford to do this every 1-2 years, more in the 3-4 year area. Again thank you for your reply and if you could look at my specs. and tell me I am in the ball park for some fun I would greatly appreciate that and look forward to the western release. cheers.
