Scenery Remove Objects = bushes and clutter

Right now we can only remove trees and objects. There are a large number of dirt strips in the Syria map that are littered with bushes and other clutter like rocks. Fortunately they don't have collision models, so the dirt strips are usable for austere FARPs and bush flying, but the clutter is an eyesore. It would be nice to have the ability to remove this ground clutter in addition to trees and objects.
