mrsteel
Out of curiosity is there any differences between the American and British apaches, besides the British one having slightly more powerful engines and the Starstreaks? Also are they generally painted the same as their American counterparts?

Harry.R
Yes. Brit Apache Ah64D had Rolls Royce/Turbomeca engines, different defensive aids suite, comms system, rocket armament. Don't think Starstreak ever got integrated properly. Possibly, they are green. Edited September 18, 2021 by Harry.R

I do have other customers in the MENA region flying the RTM on NH90 aircraft that want the engines replaced for MX / Reliability/ cost reasons. NH90 has two engine options the other being CT7 (commercial version of T700)
