CaptJodan Posted November 13, 2021 Share Posted November 13, 2021 Just adding my voice to this, I'm glad they're taking a look at this. Just did a mission with only 4 88s in the area. Came in low (below 100 ft), fast, (above 250 knots), and weaved for my life while trying to be on an attack run. Didn't even make the turn-in before it was over. Nealius Posted February 15, 2022 Share Posted February 15, 2022 Flak seems to be okay for the moment, but AAA guns are still unreasonably accurate. Ships are the worst offender. Even when set to "return fire," after your first pass they will immediately open up with precision accuracy. A single schnellboot paired with a single U-boat will easily damage 1/3 of a flight immediately after the first pass, and destroy the entire section within seconds of making a second pass. Nealius Posted February 18, 2022 Share Posted February 18, 2022 (edited) I do most of my flights on a dedicated server to get around the broken replay tracks and performance issues, so that may explain why I keep getting aimbot 360 no-scoped by the 20mm. Anyone that has sat in a real AAA in the seat turning the Wheel will tell you that they can not move or track a fast moving WWII bird or Jet . But the shear number of Anti-AA was a key roll to bring down the enemy . Mass AAA batteries . This is no longer the case, if you are getting hit on a regular basis by FLAK in a fighter you might be doing something wrong, without a track this post isnt helpful one bit. If you are still seeing issues, open a new, proper bug report with tracks.
