Leap Motion and M-2000C

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Just bought a Leap Motion, as DCS supports it now, but it doesn't seem to work with the Mirage: my fingers go through the buttons without activating anything.

Did I forget to tick a box?

Is it just not supported? Will it be?

Thanks.

No idea but could you give us a review of how the leap works in the cockpits that support it?

New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, HP Reverb (formermly CV1)

Old-N-busted: i7 4720HQ ~3.5GHZ, +32GB DDR3 + Nvidia GTX980m (4GB VRAM) :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, Rift CV1 (yes really).

I just received mine but it's not working with the plane I own. For now I can just see my virtual hands, but can't press any button.

For an overview, you should check that:

I just received an answer from leap motion support:

Please follow these steps to update this:

1. Copy the new leapc.dll from the following location (or the location where you have installed the Ultraleap hand tracking software):

C:\Program Files\Ultraleap\VRVisualizer\VRVisualizer_Data\Plugins\LeapC.dll

2. Browse to the DCS World folder containing the LeapC.dll:

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\DCSWorld\bin

3. Replace the LeapC.dll with the new file.

4. Restart DCS World and test!

And it works well and much better than before particularly to manage the pointers and about FOV

Could be of some help to DCS users....

Hi guys, I would like to reopen this thread. I have exactly the same problem ( hand visible but no interaction in the cockpit )
but with the Quest 3 handTracking system.
Everything looks fine on the F18, but the Mirage2000 is not working ?
Any idea on this ?

Thanks
