  • assafm25 changed the title to AH-64D Kneeboard for DCS - WIP

Looks promising thanks for working on that.

A bit OT but I see a DTC is also used on the Apache, as you would expect on newer aircraft.  Guess ED needs to step up their work on those.  That will be now be 3 aircraft that use them but not implemented.

Which manual are we talking about? I saw some checklists in the TM 1-1520-251-10 operator's manual. In particular I couldn't find the abbreviated checklists.

Starting from section 8.11, it seems you have missed a few items. Though I don't know how DCS will handle them so it might or might not be valid to skip them for DCS purposes.

Either way I am looking forward to your kneeboards. Also I concur, a clean version would be nice.

I also support the request for a clean version (no background) as I often print a page or two and it would be clearer and use less ink.

Thanks again for taking this on, certainly appreciate it.

noob question sorry..

will this be able to be displayed like this on a second monitor?

thanks for taking any time to answer

DCS Kneeboards are just a collection of images. you could easily open them in a a normal image viewer and display them on whatever monitor/computer/phone that you want

any updates on this?

the new A-4 kneeboard has colored tabs on the side that help you know which section you are in, they're the same on all images with the section you are in highlighted. Also page numbers and an index page.

There is a cockpit layout page with references to the pages that the systems are explained in. It's really handy.
