HSD Cursor Cross ability when you move it into up/down MFD gimbals to change HSD Range scale

As per title when HSD SOI

The Cursor cross  +  appear in the CENTER of OWN ship , then you can move it up/down into the MFD gimbals and you have the ability to change Range Scale for HSD only using Hotas.
