Magnetic Declination update

You can use NOAA's Magnetic Field Calculator (https://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/geomag/calculators/magcalc.shtml) to get a general idea, but to get a relatively precise sense of what the magvar is in DCS, on a given date, at a given location I would plop down an A-10C in the given mission and open the "POSINFO" page on the CDU. That gives you the easiest way to figure out the magvar for a specific usecase imo.

Everybody said: "That's impossible!" Then someone came along who didn't know that and just did it.

I need to discover how to check Mag var on F18 and F16 depending on mission date

which are the values for magnetic declination for all maps in DCS?

The approximate Magnetic Declinations of the maps in DCS for  the default mission date (2016) are

• +6°E Caucasus
• +1°E Marianas
• +12°E Nevada
• +2°E Persian Gulf
• +4°E Syria

The Normandy/Channel maps
