Bailey
Wishing for a FPS limiter for the modelviewer (ModelViewer2.exe) set either via a config file or in the program itself. In my case an FPS of over 700 really hurts performance of the PC all around, making modding difficult with other programs running. I wish for a more native solution. Dzsekeb
Is this why my gpu starts humming whenever I open the modelviewer?
razo+r
Yep, probably. But for sure it's because of the MV. Edited November 4, 2021 by razo+r
joey45
There is one ... Tools > Preferences The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Bailey
Sweet! Tools > Preferences My CPU and GPU say thank you! Wish granted. The 30 FPS you see is due to the "Reduce fps when in background" option. Otherwise it stays around 60-62, as intended.
