ModelViewer FPS Limiter

Wishing for a FPS limiter for the modelviewer (ModelViewer2.exe) set either via a config file or in the program itself. In my case an FPS of over 700 really hurts performance of the PC all around, making modding difficult with other programs running. The following threads are for reference:

Can you not do this via Nvidia control panel? or an AMD equivalent...

Possibly. I wish for a more native solution.

My CPU and GPU say thank you!
Wish granted.
The 30 FPS you see is due to the "Reduce fps when in background" option. Otherwise it stays around 60-62, as intended.
