Zyll Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 on the dedicated server, we launch the local Web GUI with this path: "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta Server\WebGui\index.html" It would be nice to be able to be able to pass the port number here, that way we can bookmark each dedicated server instance without needing to manually type the port each time. When you are managing several instances, it is just an unnecessary step to copy and paste the port from a text file each time to get the dashboard up thanks,
Maverick87Shaka Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 (edited) At the moment the only work around is make different copy of index.html, one for each instance ( port ) you want have direct link. Edit each .html file and make them load different app.js, for example index2.html will load app2.js and so on. Inside app2.js edit controlPort and dynamicUrl according to your server instance settings, and you're ready to go. To be honest I rarely use browser ( and webgui ) directly on server, but I don't find so much boring enter port number on page loading, ofc you'll have to remember the port of each instances. Method tested with current OB Dedicated server release ( 2.7.7.15038 ) , but I'm pretty sure it will be the same on full installation. I don't know if it will survive to DCS update Fly Safe Edited November 5, 2021 by Maverick87Shaka FlighRIG => CPU: RyZen 5900x | RAM: 64GB Corsair 3000Mhz | GPU: nVIDIA RTX 4090 FE | OS Storage: SSD NVMe Samsung 850 Pro 512GB, DCS Storage: SSD NVMe Sabrent 1TB | Device: Multipurpose-UFC, VirPil T-50, TM WARTHOG Throttle, TrackHat, MFD Cougar with screen.
