Trigger - Remove scenery (Trees ) on Main Island of Marianas crashes DCS when loading mission

Setting a trigger zone above the main island on the Mariana's Map and requesting scenery removed trees causes DCS to crash when attemptin to fly mission.

Same triggerzone and triger anywhere else on map works without issue.

Does this happen if you set it to go off on a timer rather than (presumably) on a MISSION START trigger?
