Some questions on BPCO and the main characters

Recommended Posts

Since Ming was rejected from the Exusia Air Force due to failing background checks, did he get his flight training from BPCO? Also, are characters like Bones for example hired by BPCO all along or ex-military? I'm not sure if BPCO trains new pilots with no experience like Ming in addition to hiring ex-military but I'm guessing they do since they seem to have plenty of resources.

In our setting, Ming is a fledgling newcomer with good flight potential. He has not joined the EAF and has no social experience.

The mobility of personnel in the three countries will be more frequent than in the real world, because there is no formal war between them, just out of a delicate balance. Ming chose to enter B&P mainly because Uriel declared "neutrality" & He has a very idealistic personality and believes that his career will bring positive results.

As for Ming's failure to join EAF, at first we had a setting about his family, but now this setting has been shelved. Now, one of the reasons why Ming joined BP is the decision of a BP official. From the perspective of a "BP official" who recruited him, "young man can be shaped". Of course, for security companies, at least on the surface, they will not intervene in the confrontation with the national government, so the combat intensity and training level are unlikely to be comparable to the regular army. This is also mentioned in the plot.

You will also learn from the story that the predecessor of BP Aegis team also has stories that have not been described in detail, which is closely related to the "mysterious man" they met later. 😀

Thanks for explaining! So this means B&P recruits and trains people without any experience to become fighter pilots? By the way, is Bones a former military pilot or did she join B&P without any previous experience too just like Ming?

In setting up, BPCO will also give priority to experienced personnel, such as veterans or active military personnel, in addition to recruiting and hiring personnel from the society.

However, due to business expansion and their development needs, professional personnel cannot fully meet the company's development needs. Therefore, social recruitment and enterprise training have become a way for BPCO to supplement personnel. Due to the instability of the BPCO's area of activity and perennial wars, they have also suffered significant personnel losses.

And Bones, she was only 12 years old when the energy war began, and Her father was an military official of the former Empire. During the war, her hometown was destroyed and she lost contact with her family. The young Bolivar was taken in by a local military organization, where she learned to fly airplanes due to her talent and became the first generation pilot of this military organizations. At military, Bolivar had a close friend, but during the ensuing war, the sacrifice of her close friend made her choose to leave then. During her flight, she met someone from BP and eventually joined BPCO.
