we need a way to change the freq's of Russian radios in game

this is mainly for multi player but when we spawn we need a way to edit the freqs as could be dne on the ground IRL, as in like a data catridge editor but its the freqs of the radios, its a pain when you cant get to a freq to want because its not an option and this would elevate that

Personally we need a mission planner (possibly available in the MP lobby or via a ground crew menu) that allows editing of all of these options. It's something that would be mandatory for DTC implementation as a whole.

For aircraft that don't have a DTC per se, the mission planner should allow adjustment of radio preset channels as well as everything under "additional properties for aircraft".

the multiplayer admin apparently doesn't care about that. setting this up is the mission designer's job.
