Question regarding the Viper roadmap

Sorry if asked before, but does the roadmap also indicate feature priority, or is it simply a list of features and are the green and blue ones moved/updated to the top of the list?

(I hope/assume the latter, as I find it rather concerning seeing the JFS door animation, smoke pods, animated tail hook and even the BDU-50 practice bombs higher up the list than the 1st person pilot model)

It is a simple list of planned features that Wags is editing as and when they are completed.
