Prepping PC for VR

Hello!

I am a bit lost when it comes to USB. Currently, all my ports are used up with my flight sim rig. I am prepping to add an Oculus Quest 2 VR headset that connects to the PC via the link cable.

1) Am I right in saying that if I want to USB/USB-C to charge, let’s say, my VR headset then I would a card that has SATA power supplied to it?

2) Should I go with 3.2 or does it matter?

Below is my MB.

I am using a powered USB3 hub which has the option with a button for each connection to switch it on and off.

That provides me with an easy option to switch from driving sim to flight sim hardware.

Can I do USB-C? Wouldn’t having all those USB ports get bottlenecked going through one USB wire to the computer?

Thanks in advance!
