Hey JackFlash,

Where did the Radar Hellfire and FCR target scans come from?

Did Ed give them to you?

Is this how the FCR targets are displayed?

Fantastic looking Apache MFDs by the way. When I purchase in 20H 51Mins, do I need a working account or do I just buy from the website as a guest?

HP G2 Reverb, Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate as standard. OpenXR user, Open XR tool kit disabled. Open XR was a massive upgrade for me.

DCS: Pixel Density 1.0, Forced IPD at 55 (perceived world size), 0 X MSAA, 0 X SSAA. My real IPD is 64.5mm. Prescription VROptition lenses installed. VR Driver system: I9-9900KS 5Ghz CPU. XI Hero motherboard and RTX 3090 graphics card, 64 gigs Ram, No OC at the mo. MT user  (2 - 5 fps gain). DCS run at 60Hz.

Vaicom user. Thrustmaster warthog user. MFG pedals with damper upgrade.... and what an upgrade! Total controls Apache MPDs set to virtual Reality height with brail enhancements to ensure 100% button activation in VR.. Simshaker Jet Pro vibration seat.. Uses data from DCS not sound.... you know when you are dropping into VRS with this bad boy.

The image is taken from the AH-64D manual, so hopefully this is what the ED Apache will look like in the future.

You can buy as a guest, but there will be an option to create an account upon checkout.

Ordered.

It will be really nice to reduce the head down time in the Apache. 🙂

Hello,

is it possible mounting the mpd‘s in a hanging Position down the Desktop and not on Top of Desktop table as the official pictures Show?

I think hanging them down from the desktop fits more with the height of the mpd‘s in the virtual cockpit. As I‘m flying only in VR this would help a lot get used with the mpd‘s buttons.

Well, I guess you could turn the table mounts up side down, but that will only allow a 90° downward angle. You can not angle them up towards the pilot, but is might work well anyways.

Yes, thank you for reply.

That is what I meant…..turning the mounts up side down…90 degree angle should work.

Whats the dimensions of the bezel? Im looking into 8 inch raspberry-pi screens but I dont know how thick the bezels are to subtract for screen real estate. For example the Cougars are 141.2mm wide but the inside screen space is only 108mm with the bezel.

Can you please include something like this?

This is the TM Cougar MFD's as an example. For something at this cost, it would be extremely helpful to those who are planning flush fit screen builds.

Thanks.
