solved Handy Wind textures broken with new OB update

As title - Bulker HANDY WIND textures are just the green digicam since yesterday's update

Hi. Its ok on my system. If you have and mods disable or remove them. Perhaps try deleting the FXO and Metashaders2 folders in Saved games and, if that doesnt work, run a repair.

Ahh the ol' metashader/fxo folders, thanks, forgot about those.  Fixed after deleting them
