Hotel Signs Blurry with Details at Max

Some of the hotel names are blurred out even though I have the terrain detail at max. It almost looks like the detail is correct at the bottom of the hotel but low at the top.  Not all hotels are like this only some and I've tried updating my Nvidia drivers but no change.  Anyone else seeing this?

Id start by deleting your FXO and Metashaders 2 folders in the your Saved Games/DCS folder. If that dosent resolve it, clear out/disable any mods and do a repair.

Thanks for the reply.  I was able to fix it after doing everything you suggested AND changing the terrain detail from low to high.  I if put it back to low the problem recurs. 

I didn't realize terrain texture affected buildings.  Thanks again.

Ah the mysteries of what the settings are supposed to do and what they acutally do
