snak
I have been practicing dropping bombs from the 109 on a level run and dont think the delayed fuse is working. Can ED confirm this? If there is an issue can you fix it Paul Edited January 15, 2022 by snak
razo+r
Been reported for a long time already. They are working on it, as usual.
snak
Some of the missions on SOW require bombing targets, would be nice to do this without getting blown up at low level. Edited January 15, 2022 by snak
kablamoman
Yeah it's not working at the moment but they are overhauling the bomb fuzing in the sim, so hopefully it'll be fixed and ready to go in the near future.
gordonvembu
actually i am able to drop 500 kg from tree top level and just lvl fly away. set bomb for level flight delayed not diving delayed. the switch should point at the MV at about the 2pm position on the big square box ahead of control stick.

razo+r
The new fuse system should have fixed it. Are you clicking on the orange triangle and selecting a fuse with delay?
JAH09
I don't see any orange triangle, but i have the fuse selector in front of the stick on Wagerecht MV

The traingle will open the bomb fuse selection menu, where you will choose the fuze type and itsparameters. Before historic fuzes were implemented last year, I recall from the other forum threads the MV did actually work, but it only enabled the fraction-of-a-second delay for armour piercing purposes. Fortunately, multi-seconds delay is possible nowadays by customizing the fuze as noted above. 1 i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
