Has a interesting scenery, Soviet forces vs IJA. Not only, can get forces to other sceneries as Spanish Civil War or Winter War.

The 1930s Japanese aircraft are all extinct, would references not be an issue?

The SCW has been rejected by other dev’s as being interesting but un-marketable?

I don't know how hard it would be to model the 1930s IJ equipment but I do think the I-16 makes it worth looking at

Problem is not how hard it is to model, but the research involved in trying to find information that may not even exist any more.

Well it seems there’s certainly nothing physical to look at. I’d imagine the fact that any references will be in Japanese adds another level of complexity also.

Properly modeling it will take finding that information

If the documents exist then perhaps some Japanese developers will be up to the tasks. At the minimum I would like some early war ai assets
