19 JAN SimApp Pro update safe?

I read a post where someone said that the 20 JAN SimApp Pro update broke panel lights sync in DCS.  I have clicked 'No' on the update prompt.  Is it safe?  Working properly for everyone else?  Can confirm panel lights, especially Hornet APU light, syncing properly?

Havent updated yet. Kinda ridiculous that I have to unplug all my usb peripherals in order to update. I have 18 other peripherals and dont feel like going around to all the usb connections and unplugging them. thats just ridiculous

Its an app update, not firmware. No need to unplug
