Was the HT 'enabled' or 'disabled' for each case?

Is the difference between HT 'enabled' and 'disabled' ?

I'm not an expert at all, trying to relate this to my system which is i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz with 16GB RAM;, with a GTX 1080/8GB.
You seem to be running the F/A-18 Free Flight Instant Action over the Caucasus mountains, on two super-duper machines and you seem to be mostly around 60 FPS.
When I fly that mission on my old rig at similar altitude (just above the mountain tops), I see frame rates generally above 100 FPS using the "Frame Rate Counter" from DCS World.

This doesn't make any sense to me, I would expect to see my frame rates way below yours. What am I missing?
