... more a question if the F16 turns into the wind at takeoff

Any aircraft with a vertical stabalizer will. The wind on the stab will push the tail to the right and, because the main gear is in front of the stab, the nose will rotate to the left into the wind.

Use constant right rudder and maybe some left aileron to keep wings level.

PS
Storm Eunice was more then 10 m/s

I tried to replicate storm Eunice :), but ran into something unexpected.

10 m/s crosswind from the left at takeoff. On the runway the jet was turning left, where I was expecting it to drift right. is this normal?

A crosswind from the left will tend to do 3 things to airplanes on runways, in order of increasing wind strength:

  1. Yaw to the left (upwind)
  2. Roll to the right (downwind)
  3. Drift to the right (downwind)
