MstrCmdr Posted February 23, 2022 Share Posted February 23, 2022 From my reading its kind of mission dependent. If larger columns of tanks are expected then the flight number goes up. In Afghanistan/Iraq 2 there were many times where Kiowas and Apaches would work together 1 on 1 or where 1 Apache would escort a Chinook to an OP.
