Where is the weapon change button in the real mig29?

Ive seen some diagrams of the stick and throttle, but neither seem to have a button to change weapons (like from IR to SAR missiles).

Yes, this switch selects between the inner 2 pylons or the 4 outboard pylons.

Obviously IRL weapon loadouts are very limited by the WCS, e.g., in the 9-12: 2 types of AAM maximum, 1 SARH (R27R, no ER, no T, no ET) and 1 IR (R-73 or R-60 in the 2nd level export ones), or 1 type of AG weapons and (not sure) 1 type of IR (most outboard pylons).

The IR/SARH selection is automatically made by the WCS according to the selected mode of the WCS. This switch (inboard--outboard) allow the pilot to select IR missiles (outboard pylons) when in a WCS "SARH mode".
