Single player campaigns/missions and multicrew

Whilst I know this topic can be aimed at individual mission makers, I feel that it needs to be addressed at a much lower level in the game. Why is it that we have airframes like, the UH-1, F-14, Hind and soon to be Apache yet so many of the campaigns and 'single player' missions cannot utilise the mutlicrew functions without breaking countless triggers/scripts, and additionally the question surrounding money and do all clients need to own it etc, which I guess is a different topic. 

Now I imagine some this comes from the vast amount of legacy system that still are deeply routed in the mission systems but still, the fact that we cannot enjoy NEW campaigns like Paradise Lost, with friends, in one airframe is such a shame.

Simply put, I would like to be able to host any mission and for it just to work with mutlicrew. Thank you
