Startup/Play Problem

:helpsmilie:I bought the English version of BS, and it seemed to install just fine. But in order to play, when I click on the BS singleplayer icon it does not appear to do anything, and if I look in my windows task manager, cmd.exe and launcher.exe loads, and if I stop the cmd.exe from the task manager, BS starts up. I can then play, edit missions, save, etc., fine. When I play a mission and go to exit the mission, I have to go back to task manager and close cmd.exe again to get back to the main menu. At least I can play albeit jumping through hoops.
