ScottyBS
Hi, How do people have their TrackIR setup with the Apache ? I find my default center point null zone to be a be a bit big - I have to 'glance' away too much to have the IHADSS look around. And zoom settings? Any tips /suggestions/examples would be appreciated. Cheers Scott
Hiob
I think your problem is not TrackIR, but the default cockpit position in the AH-64. You can either adjust it anf save a new default position with the Numpad or edit the snapview.lua in the views folder (savegames). Or both. MrElk89
I would also check the smoothness of TrackIR. I had mine set on 50 with TrackIR5 and pro clip but dropped the speed to 0.4 and the smoothness to 23. I no longer have to look way away for it to move out of the "dead zone". I turn my head to my 2 o'clock and can see everything behind me. Little more of a sensative setup with very slow little head movements so i can see my surroundings. Ralfidude on Youtube has a very good video as well.
