Campaign mission 4 problems

I cant seem to pass campaign mission 4. I am stuck at 50%

 

Does anyone know the win conditions ?

If i remember correctly from the russian campaign. It's a night mission where you need to fly to far north base because your own base get under attack. You have to help some other guys on the way there.

When you get to the north base the lights are all out on the airfield, but as soon as you radio to them and ask for clearance to land they nicely put the lights up.
