Iam totally disapont from that product ( 50 euro ) to pretty.......... I have Vista and my machine is very strong................ I send email to technical support department but no answer. Do you have enough space on the HD ? When did you send an email to the support? Please bear in mind that its sunday and people could have a day off on sunday.
