Great sim, dont get me wrong its bloody hard and will take me months to get everything out of it, but I'm getting the basics and blowing stuff up and enjoying myself thoroughly.

I first wanted to wait for the DVD version, cause i feared the online

activation. But everything worked fine. Now i am happy that i dont need

to insert that DVD at startup :)

 

I just flew the first 2 hours (around the airport), and i am so impressed with

that stunning reality feeling. The combination of the 6DOF view with that

flightdynamics is much better than i could imagine :clap:.

Hello,

I just bought the digital download of DCS:BS. I will have a Merry Christmas now!

 

I'm curious, based on just telling a friend that it's available for purchase, who said he'd rather get the boxed release in 2009 because he believed that those getting the digital download installation won't be able to reinstall it more than a few times, should they have a computer crash, or upgrade their computer and install DCS:BS on the new system. Is there any truth to what he told me or is it hearsay? Will those who purchase the digital download version of DCS: Black Shark be limited on the number of times they can reinstall it?
