hi i am new to dcs my first plane was the free su25t now i wanna try the su33

very quick short carrier take off

what about the weapon systems radar etc etc and 

 

is there a chucks guide for plane

The radar and weapons are mostly the same as those of the Mig-29 and Su-27, so the training missions of those are also useful for the Su-33.

Chuck only produces Guides for the  full fidelity aircrafts of DCS, not for the older Flaming Cliffs types. Instead, you can learn with YouTube tutorials, like this:

I guess @Ashenslinky does not own one of them so no training missions will be available for him beside those 4.

Remember there is a full manual at \DCS World\Mods\aircraft\Su-33\Doc.

Primarily the Su-27 because what’s in the cockpit matches the Su-33. The MiG-29 doesn’t have the datalink, nor are waypoints displayed. The MiG’s radar is also weaker.

The Eagle Dynamics supplied user manuals are included when ever you purchase and download a module. You can also get the manuals for each plane for free from ED's website. Have a look under Downloads/Documentation.

Also I found on many occasions that the GR videos really are outright wrong more often than not.

"FlankerTraining" and "dundun" have very good videos regarding flying Red planes - they're also on YT.

  Landing on the Carrier try Command T it is recent entry.

The MIg-29 is the least stable plane vs 27 and 33.    Hard to takeoff/land vs the other 2.
The 33 can carry 2 more munitions vs 27.
The 33 climbs better, higher than 27 im my opinion.  Likely due to the canard (extra front wing/horizontal surface).
