Germane
Hello, i have a few questions to the THROTTLE TEMP switch. First, is it simulated in DCS? Do I understand the manual correctly? Depending on the outside temperature, can I increase the power in auto throttle mode? So if I have a high outside temperature I select "hot" and then get better performance in auto throttle mode? And do I get the extra power only in auto throttle mode? I don't really understand it...
Spiceman
It’s a gain circuit in the auto throttle computer. Engines produce less power on hot days and more power on cold days. It’s not about more or less power per se, it’s about the appropriate throttle control adjusted for temperature. 1 Former USN Avionics Tech VF-41 86-90, 93-95 VF-101 90-93 Heatblur Tomcat SME I9-9900K | Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra | 32GB DDR4 3200 | Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe | RTX 2070 Super | TM Throttle | VPC Warbird Base TM F-18 Stick

Thank you. So with the right setting, the auto throttle mode works more efficiently. Is this simulated in DCS?
