inexus
This would make it a lot easier instead of having to write down/remember coordinates, translate them and then enter the coordinates in the apache. 13900@5.8Ghz, Asus TUF 4090 OC, 64GB@6400mhz DDR5, 4K, TrackIR 5, Tobii, Virpil CM2, CM3 F-15E | F-16C | F/A-18C | A-10C | A-10C II | AV-8B | AH-64D | MI-24P | MI-8 | BS 2 | UH-1H | Mosquito | BF 109 | Spitfire | P-47D | CA | SC | WWII AP
frostycab
Shouldn't need any translation in most cases if you've set your units to MGRS in the map view. It's a nice idea, but not sure how they'd implement it in practice. The F10 coordinates would have to be truncated to conform to the 8 digit format in the Apache. Perhaps they might bring a data cartridge system like the Viggen has, where you can have a "personal" cartridge loaded with points from dropping markers in F10. noisy_lightning
There is also a mod called scratchpad which allows you to click on the map, and shows the co-ordinates in a popup window which is persistent from the F10 to the cockpit. For me it saves grabbing a pen and writing them down on paper, then typing them into the aircraft.
