Airwolf466
Please excuse what may be FNG questions on 2 projects... 1)Are there Pilot/CPG skins available for the Apache? I didn't find anything in a Forum search. 2) The next question goes beyond the Apache. Is there a way to make "release" commands. What I mean is, for example, you want to map landing gear to a 2 position switch on a Warthog throttle base. It's easy to map gear up. How do you map gear down? pellelil
2) I made a tool (Joy2vJoy) some years ago that lets you map the off-positions of the Thrustmaster Thottle. You will have to install vJoy (a virtual Joystick driver) and create a virtual joystick (you only have to do this once). Whenever you move one of the Thrustmaster Throttle buttons to its OFF position one of the buttons on the vJoy device will go to its ON position, and you simply assign a function to this (virtual) button in DCS. Link below tells a bit more about this tool, and the bundled manual contains a link to vJoy and explains how to create the virtual device.
