Frosties
Hello, in the ME for LOMAC there was an easy way to place a complete SAM site to use. Cant find this function in BS? Anybody can help me to setup a sam site? what do they need to operate, launchers, radars, command? Thanks... nemises
Hi Frosties, The new ME has a feature called "Templates" within which you can define groups and layouts of differnt units and save them to re-use at a later stage. I don't believe the game ships with any Templates allready defined, so you would need to create a full SAM site from scratch yourself and then save it as a template, and then you can just place the Templated item as many times and in as many places as you require. Frosties
Yes i´ve figured it out. Have lots of templates now, but the issue is knowing WHAT to have within a SAM site? Is it enough with just Launchers, Radar and CP.. or do it require any trucks of some kind like for power or such? MrReynolds
Is it enough with just Launchers, Radar and CP.. or do it require any trucks of some kind like for power or such? I laughed at this comment. In any other sim, a launcher would be enough...... Knowing the complexity of this puppy however I wouldn't be surprised if you DID need all units of a site linked correctly in order to get it to work!
